Honey Mask
1 Tablespoon Honey
3 Drops essential oil
Lavender : All skin types
Tea Tree: Acne Prone
Chamomile: Sensitive
  • Apply mask to damp skin
  • Leave on for 15 minutes
  • Rinse off with warm water
The honey will leave skin feeling soft and will promote healing for blemishes by acting as a anti-inflammatory.
 
Strawberry
Acne Mask
2 -3 Strawberries
2 Tablespoons of Yogurt or Honey
  • Mash strawberries
  • Add yogurt or honey
  • Apply to clean skin
  • Leave on 15 minutes
  • Rinse with warm water
The strawberries provide a natural Salicylic Acid to kill bacteria and promote healthy cell turnover. 
 
 
Soothing Cucumber Toner
1/2  Cucumber, pureed
1/4 Cup witch hazel
  • Strain cucumber juice
  • Mix juice with Witch Hazel
  • Spritz onto face after cleansing
Also great to use with cold water on summer days as an instant refresher.  Soothes sunburn.  Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Pumpkin Pie Mask
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin (canned or cooked pulp)
2 Teaspoons Honey
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Massage into skin for exfoliation
  • Leave on 10 - 15 minutes
  • Rinse with warm water
This is a great mask for normal to dry skin. Pumpkin works as a natural enzyme to slough off dead skin cells to reveal soft and healthy skin. For a bit more exfoliation and softness add 1 Tablespoon of oatmeal.
 
Puffy Eye Quick Fix
Place 2 spoons in the freezer. Once cold, place over closed eyes so that your eyes are in the scoop part of the spoon. Leave on for 30 seconds.

Favorite Essential Oil
  • For a foot scrub start with 1/4 cup of salt, for a full body 3/4 cup.
  • Add oil gradually to create a thick paste.
  • Add 3 - 5 drops of essential oil
  • Massage onto dry skin, best done in the shower
  • Rinse off
Make sure stand on a towel or non slip mat and make sure to wash out the shower after treatment, it will be slippery!
